The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top cooking surface, and microwave oven. There's plenty of cupboard space to house all your snacks, and lots of countertop room for prepping meals. Featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with space for 4. Plus, just off the living room, you'll find sliding doors to the private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The living room boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light to flood the space. It has a smart TV and the whole condo has high-speed internet service. The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay. There's even in-suite laundry machines and convenient onsite parking. There is on-site parking available between the two towers, underneath the building for $34/day. If you're interested in one parking pass, please send your license plate number and vehicle make to register. At Station Park, you benefit from an ever-evolving downtown of incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities to explore. Though set to be a destination within the community itself, Station Park is conveniently located in the hub of Downtown Kitchener’s artistic and cultural core. An epicenter of talent and diversity, the city boasts events and festivals throughout the year, along with its many permanent museums and galleries featuring local artists. There are endless spaces and stories to discover in the thriving community surrounding Station Park. With 92 retail shops, 57 restaurants, and 16 entertainment venues within a five-minute drive, you'll be out exploring the neighborhood in no time. The home is located in a new development, construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Parties, events, smoking/vaping, and other disruptive activities are not permitted on or around our property and will result in a $150 fine. There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and we have a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. A laptop computer is not included. The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation, if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay.
