There is a barn door on the bathroom which is a neat feature! Overlooking the river, this is a fantastic find. There is plenty of off street parking and lots of natural light. Heat, trash, lawn and water/sewer is included in rent! Resident pays for electricity. Pets are negotiable for an additional $25 a month per pet. Rental Criteria: $25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner) Rental history (or a cosigner) 1 year lease required Application Process: We always recommend viewing the property before putting in a rental application (but it’s up to you!)
