This is a top floor unit (3rd floor) with upgraded floors and new washer/dryer in unit. Each bedroom pays $550/month ($6,600/year). **May consider a 6-month lease. Please inquire. With a full year lease, we offer a $25 discount if you pay rent 10 days early, which can reduce your rent by $300 over the course of a year. Tennants in the other two rooms will be seniors next year, one in the Honors Tutorial College and the other in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences. Both are active in organizations such as Ohio Women in Business and The Lost Flamingo Theatre Company. This unit is walkable to OU's Athens campus as well as some local favorites like Arts West, The Cider House, StewMac and Seaman's Grocery.
