A popular fishing destination, the neighborhood is an oasis for residents with breathtaking views, waterfront parks, and tranquil beaches. In their spare time, residents flock to a nearby marina, Grandview Beach, or Salt Ponds Public Beach. Although Fox Hill-Grandview is known for its spacious waterfront beach houses, there are rentals available for every budget, and the neighborhood as a whole is more affordable than other Hampton neighborhoods.
