Our tax credit apartments are offered at lower than market prices to households meeting our qualification guidelines. To rent an apartment at these below-market rates, you must prove that your household income and assets fall within the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements, for instance the maximum income limits are listed below per household size: Income Guidelines: Household of 1- below $47,340 Household of 2- below $54,060 Household of 3- below $60,840 Household of 4- below $67,560 Household of 5- below $73,020 Household of 6- below $78,420 In addition it is required you meet minimum income limits as well. These limits are determined by the price of an apartment. All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide satisfactory references from prior landlords.
