This property is total electric with central heat + air and includes use of a stove and refrigerator. There are washer/dryer connections only in laundry closet in the kitchen. The master bedroom is slightly larger than the second bedroom (room for crib, desk, etc.) and the bathroom is long and roomy with plenty of counter space/great for sharing. Fresh interior with some extra touches; luxury hardwood plank looking flooring throughout except for vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen. This duplex had newer vinyl siding, windows and metal roof a few years ago so it looks great and is energy efficient. Covered front porch and grassy backyard area. Super convenient to Hwy 81 and Hwy 316. At this duplex, the kitchen and living room walls back up to each other, the bedrooms are on the ends of each side of the building. There is a double wall with insulation between the units to help with noise and keep the heat or cold from coming through. Utilities are the tenant’s responsibility. The utilities are with: Power: Jackson EMC at 770-963-6166 Water: ARI bills tenant quarterly for water. ARI bills tenant $18 per month for garbage service.
