Non-smoking 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a quiet 10 unit building on a dead end street very close to downtown Canaan. 2nd floor unit. 2 car parking. Heat and hot water included. Electricity is tenants responsibility. The rail trail is across the street. No washer/dryer hookups. There is a laundromat down the street. No pictures at this time due to our maintenance technician turning the unit. Pets are on a case by case basis only. Monthly fee of $25 for cats and $50 for dogs.
