The Martin Manor Apartments have a long and storied past you won't find in any other apartment complex. This impressive quarried granite structure has stood for over 100 years with its locally-sourced foot-thick granite walls. The granite blocks were originally brought in by horse and cart. Nestled between Riverside Park and Mt. Airy's Historic downtown, the building is just steps from all of Mayberry's famous attractions, shopping, and eateries. Cable, trash, water and sewer included.
