There is central air conditioning and additional off-street parking. New carpet and vinyl plank flooring throughout. Tenant pays gas, electric, and trash. The rent includes a $60 monthly water/sewage allowance. There is an additional pet fee and non-refundable pet deposit. Maximum 2 pets. No smoking. 1.) There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. 2.)
