If your credit score does not meet those requirements a cosigner may submit an application and be processed to assist you. Any cosigner must have a credit score of at least 670, no exceptions. Once all application processing is complete a move in date will be decided and a lease drafted. Once the lease is signed by all parties you will receive a link to a tenant portal where you must pay the security deposit and rent due 2 days before move in date.
