Great community. Nice apartments and nice appliances. Parking area is great for tenants and visitors as well. The amenities included are great! Staff in the office and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful! The only thing is sometimes neighbors can get a lil loud and they should have a little consideration for others, especially for those living underneath their apartment other than that …. I love my apartment along with the awesome view to the lake! ??

Love it here. Really peaceful and secure. The amenities are great!! The fitness room is very well equipped and the pool are is beautiful. My husband loves going to the basketball court with our kid!

Had a very good experience from touring to leasing my unit. Very nice community and you will absolutely feel very secured here. Only issue was my dryer not working but I have been in touch with getting that resolved. They answer very quickly.

Awesome place to live love it here so far this is the most comfortable place I’ve lived and everybody is always nice and respectful. When your neighbors leave trash in hallway stairways or don’t pick up after your dog. Otherwise everything else is great. Great community nice views

Our Experience has been good. Our only complaint is people with pets not cleaning up after them. But overall, we would like to stay here. We are waiting for the renew contract to make the decision.

Several areas to improve, emergency line needs to act quicker. Providing a physical key to their residents algo would be a great start. Safety for their residents, and right to access their rental should be top priority.

Love the staff they are super warm and welcoming. Always quick to reply and help. And love amenities! Just hate that the hallways and elevator always smell like dogs and trash, even tho it does get cleaned.

At the beginning was perfect. Now I’m a little bit disappointed. The common areas like stairs and lobbies are not clean like they used to be. When you enter and leave the building you can see entry areas full of dust and not well maintained.

Love living here no problems really that big to state. Really clean here and nice and get things done in timely fashion if you have any issues unlike others. Can’t complain we just renewed our lease for another 13 months so that should say something :)

Been living here 8 months and I don't have any complaints so far. The community is clean, the residents mostly keep to themselves, and the amenities are a plus. My family and I love walking the trails behind the complex.

My experience of living my experience living in this community has been OK. Anytime I had to put it in the maintenance call the team was excellent and very helpful. There’s room for improvement as far as cleanliness of common areas this would help with roach issues.

Great place so far this year. Love being here. It is quiet and peaceful . The neighbors are all nice and respectful . If you want to know more about it there is nothing more to say but that this place is a very nice to stay. The other day I got surprised by a little cake or desert truck in the parking lot the other day serving deserts in the parking of our community and they were really good and it was very nice to see a community do something like that I have never seen that before

Still new but enjoying the living environment as a whole. The staff in the office are great. The maintenance personnel take care of the tenants and are friendly.
I love the complex and the administration, they are very profesional, and when you need something the app is very usefull, just make the order for what you need and that it.

It is a comfortable and good community to live in. It has nearby and fast-flowing locations. And the administration is always aware of the comfort and tranquility of the tenant.
my experience has been good so far. I have been enjoying the volleyball area and the pool haha. Some of the neighbors do be a little loud sometimes but it’s manageable; so i would say that my time here has been good
