The property is located on the ground level. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and high-end cabinetry, along with a bar-height counter with barstools. The living room features a gas fireplace, a large HDTV, and views of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Adjacent to the kitchen and living room, the dining area leads to a large covered balcony with dining for 6, equipped with a gas grill. The primary king bedroom on the lower level includes an HDTV and an updated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second lower-level bedroom offers a queen bed, a walk-out patio overlooking Burgess Creek, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom on the entry level has an extra-long full bed over queen bunk, accommodating up to 4 guests. The third bathroom features a tub/shower combo. A private washer and dryer are conveniently located in an entryway closet. Enjoy access to a seasonal pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and a heated underground parking garage with one free reserved parking space. Additional shared parking is available outside the building. A private washer and dryer are included in the unit. Discounts are available for lengthy stays. This condo boasts an ideal location, perfect for any season. It's conveniently close to the Gondola, Ski School, ticket office, and key ski lifts, as well as groceries, restaurants, and shops. The Wild Plum grocery store is approximately 100 yards away, and the Village Center with shops and restaurants is directly across the street. Gondola Square, the ski school, and ticket office are a short 250-300 meter walk away, making it easy to access the slopes. In the summer, the ski area base transforms into a hub for dining, bars, hiking, biking, and family activities. Burgess Creek flows through the base area, offering a refreshing spot to relax. The Burgess Creek trail and Mt. Werner trail provide paved paths leading to Casey's Pond, the Yampa River, and the Yampa River Core Trail, with downtown Steamboat just 3 miles away. The entire mountain village is within walking distance, and a free city bus system picks up less than 150 yards from the door. Please be aware that the fireplace is currently being replaced and may not be available for your stay. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and safety. This is a non-smoking property; any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. Parties or gatherings are prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for reviewing the House Rules prior to booking. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. The owner of this property does not allow guests to bring pets, but does have pets of their own that sometimes visit the property; therefore, if anyone in your group has allergies, this property may not be suitable. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking and prior to occupying the property. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $10 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 6 people. Groups with any adults younger than 30 must inquire for approval before booking.
