This lower-level flat is conveniently located just minutes north of Detroit and less than a mile away from I-696. Centrally located between Royal Oak/Ferndale and Lake St. Clair, it's about 15 minutes in each direction. The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms with king, queen, and twin-sized beds, a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, central heat and AC, two smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, and private laundry facilities. Upon entry, you'll walk into the spacious and open living room, where you can get right to work at the desk workstation or relax on the couch. Off the living room is the basement door, leading to the laundry/storage area, and a sliding glass door to the fully fenced backyard with an outdoor patio and gas fire pit. The beautifully renovated kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals at home. Off the kitchen is the hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms, each with a private closet and drawers. One bedroom has a queen bed, and another has a trundle bed setup with two twin beds. Through the kitchen, you can enter the dining room, with a dining table setup for six. Finally, you'll enter the king-sized master bedroom, equipped with a large closet, dresser, and TV. The total space is around 1300 sqft, with a basement for additional storage. This pet-friendly unit charges a $150 fee per pet. Non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Guests have access to driveway parking, which can accommodate up to six vehicles. Warren is the third-largest city in Michigan, behind Detroit and Grand Rapids. A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety, monitoring only the exterior entryway. Check-out time is 11 AM, with a $250 fee for late check-out after 11:15 AM. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM daily, with a $250 fine for noise complaints. A $250 fine applies if furniture is moved from its original position. An excessive cleaning fee of up to $250 may apply for dirt, mud, or stains on floors/rugs. Smoking is only allowed outside, with a $1000 fine for smoking inside the unit.
