Some property rules include noise restrictions, not feeding wildlife, not leaving trash outside, and obeying traffic rules within the community. This is a non-smoking, pet free property. Parking is located directly in front of the cabin on a slight incline. There are stairs to enter the property. Utilities that are included with rent cover electric, water, trash and internet. There is no onsite trash collection. All trash and recycling will need to be taken to the trash facility located by North Gate. Big Canoe has beautiful amenities including golf, tennis, pickleball, bocce, swimming, wellness center gym with workout machines and classes, lakes with boating, fishing, paddleboarding and kayaking. These amenities are available for an additional fee. Big Canoe also offers miles of hiking trails paved and unpaved to explore. Lease duration 3 months - 1 year available.
