AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY We have an lower apartment for rent with two spacious bedrooms in the Village of Kenmore between Elmwood and Delaware Avenue. You will enjoy an inviting just renovated bathroom with shower and exhaust, a spacious Living Room and Dining Room, both are Bright and Sunlit as the apartment is south facing. Hardwood floors throughout The ceiling fans provide a cool summer breeze. Kitchen has a dishwasher - you will have to supply the refrigerator and stove There are hookups for both a gas and an electric range. You'll enjoy ample storage with closets in both bedroom and a linen closet just outside the bathroom. There is a lot of clean dry storage space in a full basement. The Full DRY basement has laundry hookups and a utility sink. Key features: Plowing service for driveway in included as well as off-street parking. Pets cause more wear-and-tear and damage as compared to people and kids but we are pet-lovers so all smaller, quiet pets are welcomed. However, uncaged animals such as dogs and cats require $50 in extra rent per month plus an additional damage deposit. Security Deposit of $900 is required and Rent is $900 per month with a month-to-month lease. Water is included in the rental fee but other utilities are extra.
