With exterior access, this level offers convenience and flexibility. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water, sewer, trash pickup, and yard care are included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are tenant's responsibility. This home is pet-friendly for either a cat or a small dog, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply.
