For your convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV. Pets are welcome with a fee of $120 per pet per stay. A mid-stay cleaning is required for stays over 7 nights. Nestled in the heart of North Padre Island, this neighborhood offers a perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and island adventure. You’re just a short stroll from Whitecap Beach and minutes from Port Aransas, dining, and island attractions. Nearby dining favorites include Snoopy’s Pier, Doc’s Seafood & Steaks, and Padre Island Burger Company. Beaches close to home include North Packery Beach and Whitecap Beach. A maximum of either 1 large animal 50-75 lbs or two small animals under 40 lbs are allowed. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard), kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, and all pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. Starter supplies provided include trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar.
