Just 20 minutes to the St Pete/Clearwater airport or 40 minutes to Tampa International Airport, 40 minutes to bustling downtown St Petersburg, 25 minutes to downtown Tampa, 15 minutes to downtown Clearwater or Dunedin, and the magic of Disney and Orlando is less than two hours away. Off season rental price of $3,000/month for leases now through December 31, with a 3 month minimum lease. For longer term leases (starting now) shoulder months Oct - Dec, 2023 offered at $4,000/month and peak months January-March, 2024 offered at $5,000/month. Please allow for at least 2 weeks for the application, lease, and condo application process. Rents for time periods shorter than 6 months are subject to a 13% tax. All amenities and utilities (cable, internet, electricity, water, sewer, trash, pest control) are included. Pets are not allowed. Interested parties should locate the property on and click on APPLY NOW to submit an application. Refundable application fee is $75 per applicant 18 and older. Refundable security deposit is $3,500 due prior to lease signing. The condo association requires an application + $150 application fee, which owner will refund at move-in, along with a refund of the $175 tenant processing fee. Move-out cleaning fee is $250.
