The Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program will be used to have HVAC filters delivered directly to the property approximately every 90 days. Tenants are responsible for changing the filters. MARCHANT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MASTER INSURANCE POLICY: In addition to the monthly rent, the Master Insurance Policy Program of $17.00 is due on the 1st of each month without demand.
