About This Property

Affordable room for rent in a 2000 sq. ft. home in Daly City. Perfect for students or young professionals! We are located just over 1.5 miles from SFSU, and about a block away from the Daly City Bart station and Muni bus station. A shuttle takes students to SFSU from the Bart station for free! We are also a short walk from the Westlake shopping center, restaurants, grocery stores, theater and more! Utilities: Shared. Parking: Parking is very limited. Because we are so close to Bart, a permit is required to park on the street between 7a and 10a M-F. Pets: No Pets Video walkthroughs of the home and the room can be seen here: woodrowrental dot com.
