Cottage is furnished and turn key; Internet,water,heat,electricity,lawn maintenance and snow removal for parking is provided. Tenant is responsible for refuse / garbage removal,and shoveling walk. Skaneateles is a popular upstate resort town about twenty miles southwest of Syracuse. The community sits at the north end of Skaneateles Lake, and summertime always sees a huge influx of visitors looking to take part in some boating, fishing, swimming, and sunbathing.
