There is an oven, stovetop, and dishwasher upstairs on the second floor in the main kitchen. The other two housemates are young professionals, looking for another young professional/grad student to join them. Utilities are $150/month for wifi/cable, parking, trash, and recycling and housemates split electricity each month (usually $50/person). Caged/tanked pets and cats are fine with permission. The location is very convenient and is only 5 minutes away from the shops on 29 and a 1-minute drive to Kroger, Whole Foods, and Stonefield Commons. It's a 9 minute drive and a 15 minute bike ride to UVA! Message me with any questions or to set up a tour.
