Oh, and it's one block off St. Charles and a few blocks from a very groovy section of Magazine St. Hello flagship Juan's and Miette :). Oh yeah details: sewer and water, basic cable, and internet are included in the rent. You pay the electricity. Heating and AC is split-level units, one on each floor. Because yes, this cozy condo has a spiral staircase. But alas, no pets are allowed.
