House for Rent! The home that we have lived in and lovingly renovated over the past 3 years is for rent! When updating the home it was important to us to keep in line with the historic nature of the neighborhood while adding modern conveniences and touches. Perhaps better than the home itself is the location. The home is situated on a tree-lined street in the heart of Otterbein. This neighborhood is truly a slice of paradise in the city. It is blocks from the Inner Harbor/Downtown (you can walk to the business district and local hospitals and universities) and Federal Hill (restaurants, bars, and shops are also a short walk), and a few blocks to the M&T Bank (Ravens Stadium) and Camden Yards (Orioles Stadium). The homes and streets in Otterbein are historic in nature and preserved by the HOA; some homes date back to the 1800's. There are several parks in the neighborhood that neighbors, children, and pets enjoy. There is also a community pool (this rental comes with a pool bond at an additional fee otherwise waitlist is 3+ years!). Parking is permitted and never an issue.
