We include ALL utilities- electric, water, sewer, trash collection, internet, bi-monthly mowing, and monthly hot tub maintenance. This house is also right across from The Red Pepper, one of our favorite Indian-Cuisine restaurants! We also have a beautiful art mural painted on the side of the house by the talented and local artist, Lea Utsman!
