While it's not in a traditional neighborhood, the location places you less than 2 miles from the heart of downtown Bristol TN/VA, where you’ll find live music, local shops, and great dining. The home is also close to the Indian Red Pepper restaurant for takeout options. Guests who fail to comply with house rules may be evicted from the property without a refund. There is a $200 per day fee for smoking or vaping inside the property. If your party receives a lease violation you will receive a $500 penalty. Unauthorized late check-out is a $50 fee. If guests are found to have left an excessive mess or had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions affecting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Quiet hours are observed between the hours of 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of noise levels and be respectful of neighbors. You will be responsible for returning all keys and parking credentials. There will be a $50 fine for each item not returned. If you do not follow check-out instructions, you may be fined an additional $75 cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any stains that are not easily removable and may be charged for cleaning costs or replacement of damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation and/or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay with no refund at our discretion if you harass or verbally abuse our staff. [SI]
