With that said, I am a professional sales manager who lives on the first two floors of the home, and I offering the 3rd floor as a private in-law suite for rent. In order to get to the third floor, an applicant has to walk through the main owner's unit (side door), to access this loverly home's private 3rd floor fully renovated space. On the bright side, you have your own modernized 800sq/ft space, some one around on the first two floors if needed, as the professional friendly home owner does reside below, usage of a beautiful 1st floor garden area, 1st floor massive deck and grill, a full basement with free laundry, off street parking area, and a walkable amazing city park next door to enjoy! This layout is more than a room for rent, its pretty much an apartment within a house, that sharing the main house, so I request no smoking, and ideally a person with a quiet lifestyle and respect for privacy for all. I'm open to considering an applicant with a small pet. Thank You.
