A Pack ’n Play and booster seat are available upon request. Located in the heart of Dade City, Florida, this home is conveniently located near several attractions. Joy-Lan Drive In is 6 minutes away, Giraffe Ranch is 10 minutes away, Mirada Lagoon is 18 minutes away, Pioneer Florida Museum is 4 minutes away and Uptown Creamery is just 1 minute away. All guests are required to sign a pool waiver before arrival. Pool maintenance occurs weekly (Mondays or Tuesdays), and a long skimmer is available for guest use in between visits. The pool is open-air (no lanai), so some leaves may occasionally fall in. Every stay includes a starter pack of amenities: 1 paper towel roll, 1 new roll of toilet paper per bathroom (+ extras under sink), hand soap in each bathroom and kitchen, 1 new sponge, dish soap + 3 dishwasher tabs (where applicable), travel-size shampoo, conditioner & body wash per bathroom, a few trash bags + 1 in the bin upon arrival and 3 laundry pods.
