ABOUT THE APARTMENT Apartment is part of our home but a separate, private entry on our beautiful 1 acre property. The interior is approximately 530 sq. ft., plus a large, 8 x 24 ft. covered patio. Bedroom is approximately 10 x 12 ft. The covered patio is fantastic, and included in your private space (in shared back yard). Washer & Dryer in coat/storage closet. Kitchen Includes: Refrigerator, induction stove top, convection oven, microwave oven Location is 5 miles South of downtown Grass Valley, with easy access to Hwy 49. Downtown Auburn and I-80 is 20 miles. You would have a dedicated parking space, with additional street parking for guests. The neighborhood and neighbors are fabulous. Available furnished (as shown, with some discrepancies) or unfurnished. We are renting on a month to month basis. ABOUT YOU Couples Considered. Firm 2 occupants maximum. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Street only. No illegal drugs. No candles, incense, burning or appliances that create strong-scented or chemical exhaust. No firearms of any kind allowed on the property. No pets, to include reptiles. ABOUT US You will be on the same property as us, a low drama couple and playful 2 year-old. This is our most important concern: All activities on property must contribute to a safe and supportive environment for our young child.
