There is a full unfinished basement with plenty of storage and a 1-car attached garage. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Available July 1st.
