Matt Clausen, a Greater Nashville Area Real Estate Broker, has been assisting sellers and buyers as well as having an active property management staff for managing investment properties. He is licensed for 38 years and started his business in Pleasanton, California, with offices both there, and in the Nashville area, for three years (2004-2007) while transitioning into Tennessee. Group Realtors, LLC, is a full service real estate company. Matt Clausen and his staff have been helping families buy, sell, invest, and build homes, rentals and commercial properties. Matt shared his dad’s passion for contracting and worked in construction during high school summers, through college and beyond for a few years, until he met his sister’s father-in-law, who introduced him to real estate. Three months later, he was working full-time in residential and commercial. Whether a first-time buyer or tenured investor, Matt has the experience and knows the conversations. There are no assumptions and no guesswork, and this minimizes surprises. The property management staff makes specializes in taking great care of our customer's investment properties. Matt and Evie have been married for 34 years. They have nine children and six grandchildren. Happily, they call Hendersonville home.
