One bedroom has a very comfortable, queen size bed, a built-in ironing board and an iron. The second bedroom has an equally comfortable, full size bed. (double bed) Each bedroom has ample drawer space, a walk-in closet and plenty of clothes hangers. The front door of the house has a keyless entry. It's virtually impossible to lock yourself out. We will program a four digit entry code of your choosing. The kitchen features a beautiful, antique-looking but very modern, Heartland electric range with, convection oven and ceramic cook top. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric can opener, hand mixer, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, gadgets and silverware, "down to the last teaspoon". We have provided linens as well. Bath and hand towels, washcloths, dish towels, 2 sets of sheets for each bed and more. There is a high efficiency washer and dryer in the laundry room for your use...no coins required. We provide high speed, wireless internet from Suddenlink. There is a 55" ROKU, flat screen, internet TV with NETFLIX included above the fireplace in the living room. The hardwood floors in the living room and dining room have a glass-like finish. The house is furnished with antiques and newly crafted furnature. The house has a forced-air propane furnace and a propane fireplace to help keep you cozy during the cool, Northcoast winter. There is a ceiling fan over the dining room table and additionally there are three, 16" oscillating fans in the house for your comfort. On the patio is a permanently installed park-style charcoal barbecue with barbecue tools for your outdoor cooking pleasure. There is also an ornate fountain to provide the soothing sights and sounds of water. RENT: $2200 per month for one traveler or $2500 for two travelers. DEPOSIT: $2500 security deposit. LEASE LENGTH: 3 month lease UTILITIES INCLUDED: Wireless internet, water, sewer and garbage are paid in full. Owner pays propane up to $150.00 and electricity up to $200.00. The house is wired for a landline phone, but no landline service is provided by the landlord.
