A paper towel tea and Brita are all complimentary. The first full bathroom has a bathtub, shower combo and toilet. The second full bathroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower and toilet. The half bathroom has a toilet and sink. Towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided. Optional upgrades include a national park entry, welcome basket, birthday decor package, romantic - wine and flower package, spa at home package, movie night upgrade, Christmas tree and decor, Halloween decor and pumpkin carving package, winter cozy package, beer tasting kit, diffuser and aroma set, additional bedding and sleeping arrangements, grocery pre-stocking service and a pet-friendly package. The apartment includes a 1-car garage and driveway parking. Visitor parking is provided with a visitor pass. Aster is a modern and growing community with improving sidewalks, parks and local amenities. Some services are walkable, while others may require a short drive. Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) provides convenient bus routes through the Aster and Laurel communities, connecting quickly to Meadows Transit Centre for access across the city. The community features multi-use pathways and planned bike lanes, offering safe and enjoyable routes for cyclists. It's conveniently located 5 minutes to Meadows Recreation Centre, Aster Plaza, Laurel Crossing shopping and dining, Walmart Supercentre (Tamarack) and Save-On-Foods (Tamarack), and Superstore (Tamarack); 10 minutes to RioCan Meadows shopping district, Grey Nuns Community Hospital, Mill Woods Town Centre and Costco Wholesale (23 Ave); 15 minutes to South Edmonton Common, Sherwood Park via Anthony Henday and Mill Woods Transit Centre; and 20–25 minutes to Downtown Edmonton, the University of Alberta, West Edmonton Mall and Edmonton International Airport. It also has quick access to Anthony Henday Drive, 17 Street and Whitemud Drive, making trips across the city or out to Jasper, Banff and Calgary simple and convenient. A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the apartment following by law and fine policy. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music are allowed. Events for work or meetings are allowed upon request. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, please be mindful of neighbors, bylaws and basement tenants.
