The apartment is quietly situated off street in a four-plex property, offering a sense of community (if desired) and calm. Parking is available for 1 car. Entrance is via electronic lock. 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, Full Kitchen, Open Casual Dining + Living Room. Private outdoor space is accessible from a sliding door from the kitchen onto a private sunny patio, large yard, and deck. This unique Ocean View gem, is a property unlike any in the area. Immaculately restored hardwood white oak flooring, this 800 sf duplex is full of light in the living areas and cozy in the bedrooms. Features include fully dimmable pendant and chandelier lighting with energy efficient LED “Edison” bulbs.
