The apartment is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and a washer and dryer. There is central air conditioning and heating and off street parking in the back. Residents pay for gas and electric. Management pays for water, sewage and trash. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. No dogs allowed. Cat must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit. Qualifications: There is a $35/person application fee for each adult over 18 years of age. Combined income (if applicable) must be at least 3 times the rent after deductions to qualify. Only 1 eviction allowed. Eviction must be at least 5 years old and be paid in full. Credit and background check will be done. Only default or collection status can be medical or student loans. Other trade lines need to be paid on time but balances are fine.
