Includes a fridge and stove. I put in new shades in the living room and bedroom. Updated restrooms, recessed lighting in the living room, stuck a ceiling fan in the dining area and bedrooms. Apartment is about 1000sf and its close to shops - restaurants and easy access to freeway entrances. Laundry room on site. You pay gas and power - I pay water. I'm ok with pets.
