The 3rd room can be used as a den, office, storage or a place to put your treadmill. New laminate flooring throughout. New updated kitchen with those slow closing cabinets and granite countertop. Includes a brand new fridge, stove and dishwasher. I put in new shades in the living room and bedroom. Updated restrooms, recessed lighting in the living room, stuck a ceiling fan in the dining area. Added AC units in the bedrooms and the living room. Apartment is about 1000sf and its close to shops - restaurants and easy access to freeway entrances. Laundry room on site. You pay gas and power - I pay water. I'm ok with pets.
