A junior ensuite with full bath, and the main ensuite with a private bath that has direct access to the screened-in lanai\'s heated pool and spa are also located on this floor. Upstairs includes 6 well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own Smart TV. Two of the bedrooms are themed for fun one for little princesses and the other for brave superheroes while the rest are luxuriously appointed for a restful night\'s sleep. A common area with pool table and TV, a private theatre room lavishly styled with tiered leather recliners and bar fridge, and 3 full bathrooms complete the second floor.
