All appliances including dishwasher, and personal washer & dryer in each apartment. There are two entrances to each apartment, a door off of the hallway and a sliding door to your deck. Apartments are all electric and we provide water and trash. These two six plexes are quiet and those are the kind of tenants we are looking to place in these buildings. — Our policies are no smoking, no pets, no parties. Thanks. P.S.
