Your private escape includes 3 bedrooms with 4 beds that sleep 7 comfortably, 2 bathrooms including one en suite with soaker tub and double vanity, smart TVs in every bedroom, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, elevated breakfast bar seating, a cozy dining area, a large screened-in patio with comfortable seating, free onsite parking, and in-suite washer and dryer. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow only one pet up to 40 lbs. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds. If you're bringing a pet, please share the breed and weight with us in advance. A pet fee of $99 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a Highchair for $40 as a one-time fee. Palisades Condominium is right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, shopping spots, and entertainment. You're just minutes away from the best of Central Florida, including Walt Disney World at 5.7 miles, Disney’s Animal Kingdom at 7.6 miles, Hollywood Studios at 9.6 miles, Epcot at 10 miles, SeaWorld at 15 miles, and Universal Studios at 19.8 miles. Other nearby attractions include Orange Lake Golf Course at 2.4 miles, Highlands Reserve Golf Club at 6 miles, Lake Louisa State Park at 11 miles, Camping World Stadium at 26.7 miles, Orlando Science Center at 30 miles, and Mennello Museum of American Art at 30 miles. The unit you'll be staying in is situated facing the street. While this provides a great view, there might be potential noise due to its location. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine. Please check-out on time as late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. The resort hot tub heating service is currently out of service. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
