Free onsite parking is available beneath the building. Parking is free in the lot underneath the building, but it is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a height restriction of 7.5 feet. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. A pet fee of $99 will be added at the time of booking if a pet is included in the reservation. We offer a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a Highchair for $40, both as one-time fees. Nearby attractions include Paradise Palms Boulevard, Waters Edge Beach Club, Vista del Lago, Publix Super Market at Summer Bay, The Reserve at Orange Lake Golf, Lake Austin, Thompson Aire Air Balloon Rides, and Lake Davenport. ID verification may be required after booking to ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests. Only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed, and large breeds like Rottweilers or German Shepherds cannot be accommodated. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Late check-outs will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will incur an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
