Free parking is available in the lot underneath the building on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a height restriction of 7.5 feet. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made and the pet is disclosed. Additional amenities include a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. The resort hot tub heating service is currently out of service. To ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking. Only one pet up to 40 lbs is allowed, with certain breed restrictions. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit. Please check out on time, as late departures will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and their pets, with large messes resulting in an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
