The building amenities, including the outdoor community pool, hot tub, sauna, games room, fitness center, and meeting rooms, are open from 8am to 10pm year-round. Free parking is available in the lot underneath the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with a height restriction of 7.5 feet. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles. The condo is accessible via hallways with wide clearance and two elevators. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property, with the risk of a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Late check-outs will result in a fine for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
