The owner may approve of a cat or small dog with a non-refundable $300 pet fee and a $25 monthly pet rent. The hip Perry District is a desirable residential area with a lively row of businesses on S. Perry Street, including tap houses & trendy restaurants serving craft cocktails, gourmet burgers, artisan pizza, & French & Southern-inspired fare. Grant Park has a playground, tennis courts, & community garden. Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent.
