It has hardwood floors, ceiling fans, energy efficient windows, ceramic tile in the bathroom, adjustable shelves in the closets The kitchen was redone and has granite counter tops, an undermount sink, tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, custom cabinets and a ceramic tile floor. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. There is also assigned off-street parking. Rent includes water and trash pick-up. No application fee.
