There are 2 off-street parking spaces, washer and dryer are shared with the neighboring cottage. Tenant pays for electric. Internet, water, sewer, landscaping and refuse/recycling removal are included. Sorry, no pets (firm) and no smoking. This cottage is rented furnished - no linens are provided - and please take note that it is not available as a year round rental.
