There is limited public transportation, so you will definitely want a vehicle to get here and around town. While Uber or Lyft may be available, it may be sparse with long wait times. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking (including vaping and cannabis) inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Any violation of these rules may result in additional charges, removal from the property without refund, and/or reporting. Outdoor and garage amenities are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained. While we do our best to prepare these areas, they are exposed to weather and natural elements and may not always be in working condition during your stay. These amenities are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning. Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled, but due to our location, occasional outdoor insects or wildlife may be present. This is considered normal for the area and does not qualify for refunds. This home is in a lived-in neighborhood. While it’s generally quiet, we cannot guarantee there won’t be occasional sounds of neighbors, pets, or traffic. No refunds will be given for external noise beyond our control. For the safety of guests and the property, outdoor-only security cameras are in use. There are no cameras inside the home. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. In the rare event of a local utility outage, the host is not responsible, and no compensation will be provided. We regularly update and improve our space. While photos are representative, some decor or furniture may differ slightly. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
