Andrew Dittoe's experience is largely based in commercial real estate development, giving him a sophisticated understanding of the ins and outs of property valuations rooted in familiarity with the commercial & residential development process from inception to completion. He has implemented and managed the construction operations as well as the sales of large scale projects, including single-family subdivisions, multi-family developments, and industrial and office parks. Over the past 20 years, this multifaceted approach has provided him with comprehensive knowledge of commercial & residential development throughout central and southern Florida. 15 years ago, Andrew made the decision to focus his efforts on the brokerage side of real estate, establishing an office in Fort Lauderdale Beach, where he has grown the Abode Group at Compass by concentrating on all facets of real estate. Andrew graduated with a double major in Economics & Management and International Business from DePauw University in Indiana. He has been involved in the South Florida real estate market for over 20 years and has tremendous experience and education in both distressed and regular sales. Andrew is a member of the Master Brokers Forum, an exclusive invitation-only organization comprised of South Florida's top residential real estate professionals. A family man, Ohio native, and enthusiastic fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Andrew now resides in Plantation and has offices in Fort Lauderdale and Lauderdale by the Sea.
