About This Home
This is a charming 3 bedroom 1970's house. The home comes with a 2 car garage and Large yard. The first bedroom and bathroom are on the main level of the home, the top floor of the home as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and the basement has lots of room for storage, as well as another bathroom. No smoking is allowed in the home, this is not negotiable. Owner may allow pets. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, snow removal and landscaping. Stone Mountain Properties runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Stone Mountain Properties can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will automatically need a co-signer. Our rental application, along with the co-signer application is on our website, There is a $40 non-refundable application fee. However, when you apply online you may opt to "skip fees" on the payment page. We will later collect your application fee over the phone once you are next in line and have viewed the unit and confirmed you want it. If you choose to pay the application fee ahead of time then please understand that the fee is non-refundable.
