The boat lift is off-limits. The owners vehicle is parked in the other bay. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure. If remote is not returned there is a replacement garage remote charge of $100. No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. * This property is very strictly no pets and no smoking. * Lead guest should be 35 or older to book this property. * Accepting 5-night stays off-season/summer. 7-nights in season. Pool/Spa Heater Charges and Information: Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. In order to heat the spa, the additional cost must be paid. The pool is chlorinated. This pool faces South. Pool is 25x13 D 6\' Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
