This apartment complex includes security lighting, doorside parking, drop in mailboxes, double security doors (one to the outside and one inside. They include central heat/air, hardwired smoke detectors, sprinkler system (in case of fire) in the hallways, etc. One bedroom apartment with door side, off street parking. Tenant pays their own Electricity Bill (Evergy). Two tenant max on this property. No kids due to noice. Must pass background check, no smoking, no pets. 300.00 security deposit ; ONE YEAR at $430.00 TENANT PAYS ELECTRICITY! We require a one year lease on all rentals unless otherwise stated. We do not hold vacant units. Security Deposits must be paid withing 24 hours of being approved. As stated on application, the tenant will be charged an application fee. This is a nonrefundable fee and does not guarantee the acceptance of that tenant. We do not allow pets! NO EXCEPTIONS!! We also do not allow smoking in the units. There is a fee if anyone smokes (even only one time) with the possibility of eviction due to breach of contract. Our security deposits are strictly for cleaning, damages and unpaid charges.
